Intelligent temperature control system
The default air-cooled intelligent cooling and heating exhaust air temperature control system adopts intelligent through-air heat dissipation system and professional and special air duct heat dissipation design. There is a temperature sensor inside the machine that detects the temperature of the air inside the machine and displays the temperature on the control board.
When the temperature is detected below 30℃, the fan will not start.
When the temperature is between 30 ℃ and 55℃, the fan automatically adjusts its speed with the temperature. The higher the temperature, the faster the fan spins. At this time, the fan inhales the cold air from outside through the lower vent, takes away the hot air inside the machine through the air duct, and then exhausts the hot air through the upper vent, thus forming the air circulation and regulating the internal temperature
When the temperature exceeds 55℃, the screen backlight power supply will be automatically disconnected. When the temperature drops to 55℃, the screen backlight will automatically start to work.
When it is lower than -10℃, it needs to increase the heating module. At this time, the heating module and the internal fan of the machine start, and the temperature of the heating module circulates inside the machine through the fan, thus increasing the internal temperature of the machine and starting the machine.
Optional intelligent heating and cooling integrated air conditioning control system, air conditioning automatically adjust the temperature in the chassis, suitable for -40℃ to 55℃ working environment

Protective design
Outdoor waterproof rating shall be IP55 or IP65.
The use of three composite seals with good elasticity and compression deformation resistance, aging resistance, ozone resistance, chemical action, multi-angle waterproof.
The shell adopts galvanized steel design and special outdoor powder surface treatment + tempered glass, anti-explosion, anti-collision, anti-moisture, anti-rust oxidation.
Special dust filter is designed for the inlet and outlet to filter fine dust in the air and prevent mosquitoes from entering the machine.
Industrial-grade waterproof multiple anti-theft lock, with internal lock design, prevents the removal of screws from the outside to move the machine and equipment, and plays an anti-theft role.
Built-in lightning arrester and air switch. It can effectively reduce the potential difference between the interfaces of the equipment, so as to protect the equipment on the circuit. The air switch can prevent electric leakage accidents.
